Every aspect of your new kitchen covered, from initial consultation and design through to the installation and project management.

Consultation With A Designer At Our Showroom

A visit to our showroom with a nice tea or coffee is the start of our process, we will go through our check list and your wish list (the boiling tap is usually high on the list nowadays!) We will talk through which style of kitchen you are looking for, worktops, appliances, flooring and any other work which is required. From here we can then give you a good idea on cost. After this we carry out a home visit for a site survey.

Design and Presentation

This stage lets us complete your design, after which we’ll invite you back to the showroom so we can present it to you in all its glory on our full-sized screen. We can discuss changes, show you the products that are included in the design in more detail, and discuss the quotation. Usually there are a couple of design rounds to this process before the kitchen is finalised and agreed.

Place the Order

Once the key decisions are made, a 25% deposit is paid to commission Exact for your new project. Don’t worry this isn’t every detail decided, we can update along the way and give you a cut off date where all choices need to be made.

Installation

Once the deposit is paid we then book in the install date. We will give you a guide of the job length depending on the work required and this work is then fully project-managed to give you full peace of mind and remove the hassle.
